Shipping Policy
Our production time frame depends on style, desired color, and cap size. 1-3 weeks is our standard production time which ensures every order receives the same amount of care. During our busy season this time frame may increase.
Once the unit is shipped after all necessary customization's are made, you can expect to receive your order in about 2-3 business days; 3-5 business days for international clients.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to confidence, as well as standards of hygiene stemming from the recent COVID-19 outbreak, and services provided by LiiNatural, all sales are FINAL once payment is submitted. Please ENSURE that you are READY to make your purchase when submitting payment. We will only accept returned orders that were NOT worn or altered.
Wearing the unit will soil it and any outside alterations will destroy any chance of making the unit sellable to another client. All units must be returned in the EXACT condition that it was received.
